Children and Families
We provide aquatic-based programming to assist you in meeting your specific wellness goals to achieve your optimal quality of life, throughout your life. Services are provided in warm-water, wheelchair accessible pools throughout the Peninsula and South Bay.
Regardless of your age and or swim abilities, you can benefit from year-round, high-quality, private swim lessons taught by skilled and experienced professional instructors. Using a progressive, standardized curriculum, the program focus is on water safety, comfort in and around the water, skill development, and the joy of aquatic exercise.
Swim lessons are provided in warm-water, wheelchair accessible pools throughout the Peninsula and South Bay.

Spring Session – 10 weeks

Designed for people with physical or developmental disabilities, the Adapted Aquatics program fuses recreation and water activities with therapeutic benefits. You and our professional instructors personalize the program to meet your personal goals. Swim lessons are provided in warm-water, wheelchair accessible pools throughout the Peninsula and South Bay.
Water Safety Swim Lessons & Parent Education Classes
Summer water safety swim lessons are open to residents of the Fair Oaks neighborhood and areas surrounding Hoover Park, for families of children ages 3 – 14 years. Lesson are held at Hoover Pool, 2100 Spring St. in Redwood City.
