Warm Water Aquatics
Aquatic Services offers water-based rehabilitation and fitness opportunities for people of all abilities, ages and stages of life. Rooted in evidence-based health and wellness programming, the aquatics program is an important part to provide you with a continuum of services. Your personal needs are important to us and you will receive customized service based on your goals. Services are provided in warm-water, wheelchair accessible pools throughout the Peninsula and South Bay.
Aquatic Personal Training
Aquatic personal training is appropriate if you have completed aquatic physical therapy treatment or are interested in individualized training for fitness, wellness, prevention of injury, pain relief and functional improvement.
Your personal training is provided by skilled practitioners, each of whom is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine in personal training, and has vast aquatic experience and skills with individual treatment plans. Services are provided in warm-water, wheelchair accessible pools throughout the Peninsula and South Bay.
Regardless of your age and or swim abilities, you can benefit from year-round, high-quality, private swim lessons taught by skilled and experienced professional instructors. Using a progressive, standardized curriculum, the program focus is on water safety, comfort in and around the water, skill development, and the joy of aquatic exercise.

Designed for people with physical or developmental disabilities, the Adapted Aquatics program fuses recreation and water activities with therapeutic benefits. You and our professional instructors personalize the program to meet your personal goals. Swim lessons are provided in warm-water, wheelchair accessible pools throughout the Peninsula and South Bay.
