financials and policies
Our final responsibility is to our donors and other funding sources. Abilities United must be transparent in our financial transactions and provide excellent and open governance of our organization. We must be cost effective at all times. We must communicate clearly and openly with all of our donors and funding sources about how their funding is used in our current operations and in future plans for services. We must continually research and learn from others to provide innovative programs. We must be disciplined in creating financial reserves to provide for adverse times and to maintain and renew our facilities and equipment. If we operate according to these principles our donors and funding sources will trust us and consider continued
investment in fulfilling our mission.
