Exercising in water is appropriate for nearly everyone because water is a great equalizer and makes movement easier regardless of fitness level. Water provides the basic exercise needed to strengthen your cardiovascular and respiratory system while building strength and endurance. Water exercise enables you to isolate body areas to lose weight and inches, and to facilitate aerobic and anaerobic training.

Fitness group classes are designed to improve your overall quality of life by increasing your strength, stamina, and flexibility.

Classes are drop-in. See our complete schedule to find the fitness class that’s best for you.

Schedule

  • Fitness: Monday through Friday: 9:30 am - 11:30 am.
  • Prenatal health and education: Saturday: 8:10 am – 9:00 am

Open swim recreation (Community Connect) is the perfect time for you and your family members to maintain or regain your fitness. Our Saturday sessions are drop-in.

  • Saturday: 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm.
