There is a $15 registration fee. If you would like to mail your registration fee to Abilities United, choose that option during the registration process online.  Each participant is encouraged to raise a minimum of $250.

What is a User ID?
The User ID is your unique user name. This is the name you will use to login to fundraise and track your progress.  Use a name that you will remember.

What do I do if I forget my password?
After clicking on Login, click on the Forgotten Password Link.  This will prompt you to enter your user id.  Your reminder phrase will be sent to your personal email address.

What if I forget my password and my user id?
Contact Abilities United at aquathon@abilitiesunited.org or 650-618-3326.  We can remind you of your user id and reset your password.

What is a dashboard?
The dashboard is a tool for you to use to track your fundraising progress.  You can create a Personal Page (web page), invite people to visit your Personal Page and support you, see who's supported you, thank your donors, track the emails you sent and chart your progress.

What is a Personal Page?
A Personal Page is a page you customize and ask your friends and family to visit when soliciting donations. Once you register, by default you will have a Personal Page created for you. You have the option of personalizing the image, text and layout on your page.

Additional Questions

How is my credit card number handled/protected?
During the donation processing your credit card is encrypted using VeriSign encryption. After the donation process, only the last four digits of your credit card are stored in our website's database in order to aid in donation communications with you.

I've already registered, how do I login?
Select Login under the Participants section from the menu on the left side of your screen.

How do I change my contact information?
Unfortunately you will not be able to update your contact information online.  Please contact Abilities United at aquathon@abilitieunited.org or 650-618-3326 to change or update your personal information.

What to do if you can't find a participant using the search?
Leave the search box blank, and click search.  This should list every participant registered for the Aquathon.  Still having difficulties?  Check back with your friend to ensure they have officially registered and what spelling they used for their name.
